## What it is

ezylegal.ai is the AI-native operating system for Australian law firms and solo lawyers. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-email stack that most small AU firms run on with: AI Drafter, AI Case Evaluation, Client Portal, Practice Management, Billing (trust accounting + fixed-fee), and pre-built Workflows for the common AU practice areas.

## Pricing — two paths

- **Pay when you get paid.** No subscription. No seat fees. No minimums.
- **Lawyers** (individual + small firms): join the platform on a **10% rev share — you keep 90% of billings**. Cases routed to you, pricing set by the platform, practice certificate + PI insurance + Rachel + billing all bundled. You only pay when the matter actually bills.
- **Firms** (larger, with own client pipeline): bespoke pricing based on actual case mix and lawyer count. Multi-seat, white-label, SAML/OIDC. Talk to sales.
- Disbursements always pass through to the client at cost.
